Job Description

As a valuable member of e11even you will be responsible for the delivery of winning food & beverage service to our guests.

Specific Duties

• Set dining room for service
• Prepare for service; polish cutlery/glassware stock side stations etc.
• Provide friendly and informed response to questions regarding menu and wine selections.
• Deliver timely Food and Beverage service according to specific restaurant standards as advised by the Service Manager
• Make recommendations and promote items on the menu
• Order items with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Run food & pre-bus/bus tables as needed
• Replenish & stock work area
• Quick and detailed completion of assigned side duties opening & closing duties
• Adhere to Allergy Policies & AGCO Policies
• Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  

Requirements

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days afternoons evenings weekends and holidays.
• 3 years experience in a high volume restaurant environment.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
