About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detailoriented Lease Contract and Insurance Administrator to join our Finance team and provide administrative and coordination support across the organisations property leases contracts and insurance arrangements.

Reporting to the Finance Lead Expenses and Payables and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate recordkeeping timely renewals compliance with contractual and insurance obligations and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering property leases contracts and insurance documentation including maintaining accurate central registers schedules and repositories
  • Monitoring critical lease contract and insurance dates and coordinating renewals in line with organisational processes
  • Supporting endtoend lease and contract activities including preparing summaries coordinating documentation and liaising with landlords councils agents and legal advisors
  • Providing administrative coordination support for insurance planning and annual renewals including acting as the primary administrative liaison with insurance brokers
  • Maintaining insurance registers Certificates of Currency endorsements and related documentation
  • Supporting insurance budgeting and reporting including preparing summaries for CFO Executive and Board reporting
  • Assisting with audit requests compliance requirements and adhoc finance projects as required

About you

You are organised proactive and comfortable working with detailed documentation and multiple stakeholders. You bring:

  • 24 years experience in an administrative or coordination role involving contracts property insurance or finance support
  • Experience supporting renewals audits or regulatory reporting
  • Working knowledge of lease and contract documentation and insurance administration processes
  • Strong attention to detail recordkeeping and systems capability
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative solutionsfocused approach
  • Experience in a notforprofit education government or community services environment (desirable)
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration Finance Accounting Real Estate or Insurance or equivalent experience
