HR Director – Engineering, Building Automation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective talent and organizational strategies
• Drive workforce planning talent acquisition succession planning and leadership development for engineering teams
• Support organizational design and transformation initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency and scalability
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management employee engagement and team effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR and business partners to execute integrated talent strategies
• Ensure compliance with employment laws policies and HR best practices
• Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and improve organizational outcomes

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Business Partner role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing on talent strategy in alignment with business needs
• Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in talent acquisition employee relations performance management and employee development.
• Bias for action ability to work independently strong project management skills.
• Strong execution skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
