Hanzo is building something most brands wont a content operation run by one obsessive creative instead of a committee of five. That person owns the whole thing. Shoots. Cuts. Posts. Writes the hook. Picks the thumbnail. Reads the analytics on the flight home and adjusts before landing.
This isnt a videographer job. It isnt an editor job. Its a seat most brands never offer because most brands dont trust one person to hold it.

- Independent creative decision-making. You do not require extensive creative briefs or approval processes to identify and execute high-quality content. You have a clear understanding of what constitutes effective content.
