Physical Therapist- Part Time

The Role

Were hiring a part-time physical therapist (1020 hours per week) with a set predictable schedule. If you ever want to pick up additional hours when other therapists are out that option is therebut its never expected. There may be opportunity for more hours in the future as we grow but theres no pressure to take them.

What youll be doing:

• Treating a primarily outpatient orthopedic caseload focused on decreasing pain and helping patients return to what they love
• Working with some balance and vestibular cases as well
• Carrying a smaller manageable patient load due to part-time status
• Utilizing advanced clinical technology including LightForce Laser RunDNA Gait Analysis and HBOT
• Tailoring every session to your patients specific goalsand measuring success by whether they reach them

Qualifications :

Who You Are

You dont need to check every box. But the right person probably sees themselves in most of these:

• You have at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience
• You have a strong manual therapy skill setor if you havent had much exposure yet youre genuinely excited to learn
• You thrive in a collaborative supportive team environment
• You care about outcomes and take pride in building real relationships with your patients
• You want to keep growing as a clinician not just maintain
• You bring energy to the work because you find it meaningfulnot because someone is watching
