Job Summary
So what are the main responsibilities of an IT Project Manager in Netcompany
- Lead and deliver large-scale complex programmes and portfolios within agreed scope quality timeline and budget in politically and institutionally sensitive environments.
- Provide senior-level leadership across delivery roles ensuring coherence between business IT and operational stakeholders.
- Drive technology and process transformation initiatives including the definition and implementation of Target Operating Models notably in payments and financial operations.
- Establish and maintain robust governance stakeholder engagement and decision-making frameworks including interaction with senior management and cross-entity bodies.
- Define and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies to ensure organisational readiness adoption and sustainability of outcomes.
- Manage project resources dependencies risks and operational impacts ensuring optimal deployment of skills and effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
- Set manage and maintain stakeholder and customer expectations proactively addressing issues and ensuring delivery of business value.
- Promote agile and collaborative ways of working fostering continuous improvement and effective cooperation across teams and partners.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Business or Project Management) with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in senior project and/or programme management including delivery of multi-entity IT and process transformation initiatives.
- Experience in developing and implementing change management and stakeholder management strategies at senior level.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to lead teams motivate others and apply advanced people and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Solid understanding of business operations financial and operational risk considerations and IT delivery contexts; Accounts Payable knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the EU institutional environment and governance as well as awareness of current and emerging digital technologies is considered an advantage.
- Recognized project management certification (Agile preferred); strong command of PMI PRINCE2 and agile methodologies and related tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to navigate divergent views and guide stakeholders toward alignment.
