Inviting applications for the role ofHR Generalist Assistant Manager- English
In this role we are seeking candidates who can deliver critical components of client engagements. The candidate will synthesize analysis draft deliverables and support the facilitation of workshops and design sessions.
Responsibilities
HR Admin related:
- Maintains employees records; ensures that changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis in the local tools
- Prepares and verifiesemployment documents for new joinersor internal transfers; assists new hires in completing employment formalities and ensures new joiners employment file accuracy & completeness
- Collects and verifies all information related tointernal changes of positions bonuses changes ofemployeespersonnel data; receives verifies obtains authorized signatures for all internal/legal documents.
- Delivers electronic/hard copy documents necessary for payroll processing/filing in employees personnel files on time.
- Assists employees in completingtermination formalities; initiates/follows up steps of exit process.
- Collects employeesrequests for certificates/documents; communicates them to external provider/distributes received papers.
- Answers toroutineemployee querieson labor law/internal procedures for personnel administration/payroll areas.
- Delivers HR Front Office activities for allocatedsite: receiving sickleaves/documents from employees/releasing bank certificates/certificates upon request.
- Providescounseling regarding labor law/payroll legislation.
- Expat management: Managing 30% ruling giving local guidances to expats vendor relationships.
Sick Leave Act Compliance:
- Manages day to day illness reporting and strict Dutch laws on long-term illness and salary payments.
- Coordinates with multiple vendors and government agencies on the progress of the law/illness act. (WetverbeteringPoortwachter)
Pre-payroll Related:
- Collects andcentralizesall pre-payroll calculations supporting informationsuch as bonuses deductions benefits in kind.
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of approvedtimesheets.
- Checksmonthly deliverables (payroll benefits and deductions amounts andtaxesreport allocated to cost centers and other specific reports).
- Respects the agreed payroll calendar.
Benefits Administration related:
- Maintainsrelations withbenefitsvendors; communicates required information on new existing terminated employees; monitors operational activities and the monthly invoicing process.
- Investigates and solvesemployees claims on benefits; answers routine queries.
- Ensuresaccuracy of benefits reports.
Employee relationship related:
- Works council/Union relationship:Prepare information and documentation and discuss follow up
- International reporting queries:Clarify Dutch law to managers address employee concerns.
- Low performers monitoring/guidance:Prepare/advise on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Manages Exit processes viamutual agreement offers support to managers on such cases
- Ensures Promotion policy is fairly applied
- Employee/Manager connects on Amber outcomes:Discuss with employees/managers advise on solutions.
- New employee guidance & induction:Help AVP/VPs integrate into NL teams
- Employee transfers:Facilitate and manage transfer processes.
- Relationship issues:Mediate conflicts between managers and employees (or amongst employees).
- Global HRBP SPOC:Local point of contact for HR team (& others) on any NL related query.
Others:
- Ensurescreation ofproceduresintheformof RACIorSOPs(toensureprocesscontinuity);
- Ensuresallactivitiesareperformedanaccuratecompliantandtimelymanner;
- Maintainactivecommunication andpositiverelationshipswiththekeypartnersHiring C&B HRPayrollLegal;
- Supportsallinternalandexternalaudits;
- Implementsmaintains andreviewsHRAdminprocessesproceduresdocumenttemplatestoensurelegalcompliance;
- Drivingimprovementprojectsin HRarea;
Qualificationswe seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree;
- Work experience as an HR generalist 3-5 years
- Good knowledge of work legislation;
- End to end understanding of HR Administrative processes
- Good command of English Language (minimum B2 level on CEF scale)
