Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - HRIS Austria Medium Complexity HRIS Data & Process Specialist
Role Purpose
Support HRIS governance by managing organizational data implementing mass changes publishing HR knowledge articles and ensuring accurate system integration across HR Systems and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
Request Handling:
Process HR requests via ServiceNow ensure timely closure and compliance with guidelines.
Draft and update HR knowledge articles for organizational and job design topics.
Data Maintenance:
Create adjust and deactivate locations jobs and org units.
Maintain cost center mappings and ensure alignment with payroll and SAP.
Data Change Execution:
Implement recurring position changes impacting user profiles and connected systems.
Support validation and reporting for position changes and restructuring.
Testing & Change Requests:
Participate in ServiceNow release testing and sprint validation.
Draft change request forms and coordinate with IT for issue resolution.
& Reporting Support:
Prepare monthly and quarterly HRIS reports.
Support ad-hoc analytics requests for organizational design.
Systems Used Workday HR Suite; ServiceNow; SAP; MS Teams; Excel
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Analytics or a related field.
Strong in processing compliance reporting
HR reporting payroll analytics or data analysis experience
Strong Excel Power BI and SQL familiarity
Advanced proficiency in payroll software (Workday/ADP SAP) and reporting tools.
Five Days working from Office
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certification in HR Analytics or HR operations.
Experience in process improvement and automation.
Preference of an understanding of Workday/HRMS module

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
