F&B ManagerWork DynamicsWhat this job involvesOverall responsibility for managing the client Cafeteria operations across all sites in coordination with the client vendor Responsibilities/ AccountabilitiesEstablish and enforce nutritional standards for dining establishments based on accepted industry & plan menus and food utilization based on anticipated number of guests nutritional value palatability popularity and food preparation methods portion sizes and garnishing and presentation of food in order to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable and resolve complaints regarding food quality service or special events records required by government agencies regarding sanitation and food subsidies when cooked food by tasting and smelling it in order to ensure palatability and flavor conformity prior to beginning of food for equipment maintenance and repairs and coordinate a variety of services such as waste removal and pest control for food preparation & service standards for generating customer food and equipment inventories and keep inventory the number type and cost of items sold in order to determine which items may be unpopular or less work procedures and operational processes of the catering vendor in order to determine ways to improve service performance and/or use of facilities or catering services for events such as banquets or receptions and negotiate details of arrangements with clientsReviews food production schedules and catering events to determine variety and quantity of foods to scheduled catering event requests weekly and process them with help of the catering and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the cafeteria operation and conduct hygiene audits internally & with help of external miscellaneous job-related duties as Management Comply with the Health Safety and Environmental PoliciesProactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphereAnticipates and overcomes obstaclesMakes useful links to arrive at insightful plans and solutionsEmbraces personal challengeResilient optimistic flexible and works well under pressureConfident rounded thinkingIs self awareSound like you To apply you need to have:Key skillsProven management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and developmentHighly skilled communicator with the ability to communicate complex concepts to othersExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships internally and externally and engage with stakeholdersHighly developed analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detail skillsHighly developed numeracy statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyse interpret and manage information data and trendsResults orientated and organised with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines and the ability to motivate others to deliverWhat we can do for you:At JLL we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realise your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
