Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Back Office Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the progress of the different phases of projects related to the image of the stores in Italy and abroad
Qualifications :
1.01 Supports the Manager in the implementation of image projects coordinating the activities of the bodies involved (designers VM supplier offices) ensuring compliance with deadlines and monitoring of production
1.02 Supports the Manager in the implementation of special projects directly managing relationships with suppliers negotiation of market prices monitoring of production and compliance with deadlines
1.03 Takes care of the management of the B2B site and the relationship with customers by overseeing the process of enabling and managing continuous proposals
1.04 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of its Responsibilities
1.05 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.06 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards Environmental Care Business Processes and Organizational Community
Additional Information :
University Degree
Previous experience in back office activities
Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
Interest in the Fashion & Luxury industry
Multi-tasking and priority management skills
Strong negotiation and teamwork abilities
