Job Summary

Office Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Receptionist Duties
    • Sit at the front desk full time
    • Greet guests
    • Accept packages
    • Main point of contact for the 8x8 phone system via email/disperse calls to the appropriate recipient or call the customer back directly
  • Manage stock of all office and restroom supplies cleaning supplies & breakroom supplies (including breakroom snacks and drinks and the weekly fruit pickup)
  • Take out the breakroom and restroom trash on Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday mornings (if needed)
  • Maintain office vendor contracts and vendor payables (Processing vendor invoices and raising vendor purchase orders in the Coupa system)
  • Main point of contact when vendors are onsite
  • Support In-Office meetings by providing supplies for meeting attendees breakfast/lunch and clean-up as needed; possibly make dinner reservations for the group.
  • General administrative support for the office including some project coordination and certification admin work.
  • Assist with shipping samples or creating shipping labels if technicians are out of the office
  • Additional Duties as requested

Qualifications :

Basic Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of clerical or admin experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Essential skills include: strong communicaiton organization time management and basic clerical abilities
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. 

Additional Information :

Position is full-time working Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Plano TX are encouraged to apply.
