IT Systems Administrator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer with strong Azure and Microsoft 365 experience to support secure and improve our cloud and end-user technology environment. This role manages day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration selected Azure services escalated troubleshooting and technical improvement initiatives in partnership with the IT Manager. The ideal candidate is technically strong service-oriented security-minded and comfortable translating business needs into stable supportable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online Teams Intune and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Helpdesk support
• Production Support (Experience supporting IT systems within an automotive manufacturing or production floor environment.)

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of hands-on IT engineering systems administration or cloud infrastructure experience.
• 2 years administering Microsoft 365 and Azure in a production environment.
• Strong experience with Entra ID/Azure AD Exchange Online Teams and Intune.
• Working knowledge of networking storage virtual machines monitoring and backup.
• Experience providing IT support to an office environment as well as production floor.
• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience plus strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 MS-102 SC-300 MD-102 or equivalent.
• Experience with hybrid identity Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect..
• Familiarity with ITIL practices ticketing systems change management backup and disaster recovery or vendor management.
