Senior Business Analyst (AI-Driven Solutions)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather refine and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives
• Work closely with Product Owners development teams QA engineers and designers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Analyze existing processes systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and propose scalable solutions
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation including user stories acceptance criteria process flows and solution descriptions
• Decompose high-level business needs into actionable requirements ensuring traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources resolve inconsistencies and uncover underlying business needs
• Support backlog management activities including refinement prioritization and estimation preparation
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Conduct demos and presentations to showcase delivered value and maintain stakeholder engagement
• Prepare user documentation and manuals to ensure smooth adoption of solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices processes and tools including the effective use of AI

Qualifications :

• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations
• SQL skills for data extraction and validation
• Strong understanding of Scrum and iterative ways of working
• Expertise in user story creation decomposition and backlog structuring
• Basic proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and overall business operations
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools for requirements analysis documentation data interpretation and process optimization
• Strong AI prompting skills and ability to integrate AI into daily workflows
• Excellent verbal and written English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ownership mindset with a getting things done approach

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ERP and/or HRMS systems
• Familiarity with advanced prototyping or UX tools
