Job Summary

Map analyze and redesign publisher workflows (onboarding billing campaign approval) using BPMN
Create and manage the business rules document for core platform capabilities
Design standardized workflows Golden Path to optimize the multi-tenant architecture
Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI to identify automation opportunities
Audit live automated processes to verify efficiency and ROI outcomes tracking metrics such as cycle time auto-approval rate and rework percentage
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders
Translate complex business needs into actionable specifications for engineering teams
Support testing and validation of new features against defined business rules

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in BPMN UML and Swimlane diagramming
Advanced ability to interview stakeholders and extract complex business rules and requirements
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Deep understanding of AdTech and/or white-label SaaS operational workflows
Experience defining and managing API contracts and data models (REST/GraphQL JSON)
Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
Proficiency in analytics and BI tools (SQL Looker Tableau)
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

WILL BE A PLUS

Experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tooling
Background in process governance release management RACI matrices and change control
