Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose technical issues and explain solutions to customers.
- Follow up and Canvashing Project in Bali-NTB-NTT Area (RMC Precast Infrastructure and Building Projects).
- Handle and maintain the existing customer and technical support.
- Sell technical products or services and expand the customer base.
- Establish new business relationships and address technical inquiries from clients.
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers on how a product meets client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery
- building relationships with clients understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Minimum of 2 years in the construction industry
- Fluent In English.
- Ability to explain product functionalities to clients
- Strong troubleshooting skills and provide good technical guidance
- Honest and highly motivated
- Resilient and responsible
- Communicative and team-oriented
- Will be based in Denpasar
- Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
