The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Operations Manager to be the first point of contact for our Melbourne HQ and to take ownership of day-to-day office operations.
This role plays a critical part in creating a professional welcoming and efficient workplace while supporting broader office management facilities coordination vendor relationships and financial administration. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the office runs smoothly and continuously improves the workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations including reception facilities coordination security oversight and workspace optimisation
Oversee office supply management mail freight and company vehicle coordination
Coordinate vendors service providers and maintenance activities ensuring cost control and service quality
Support financial administration including invoice processing expense management and budget tracking
Lead front-of-house operations and support internal events meetings and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Required Skills and Competencies
Proven experience in office management office administration or reception roles within a corporate environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a service-focused mindset
Proactive detail-oriented and confident in identifying opportunities to improve processes and workplace experience
