Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Marvin youre responsible for full-cycle recruitment supporting direct labor hiring across production and logistics functions. As a flex recruiter youll manage shifting priorities based on business needs and hiring volume across locations and departments while providinganexceptional candidate experiencethroughout.
Highlights of your role
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly frontline roles including productionlogistics warehouse and DOT-regulated driving positions
Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and role requirements
Source screen and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications licenses and regulatory eligibility
Coordinate interviews collect feedback and manage candidate progression through the hiring process
Complete employment eligibility verification background checks andDOT/CDL documentation as applicable
Communicate job expectations schedules compensation benefits and advancement opportunities
Prepare and extend job offers and notify candidates of hiring decisions
Execute recruiting activities within a structured process-driven environment whilemaintainingaccurateATS documentation
Flex recruiting support across production andlogisticsoperations based on business demand
Identifyareas to improve process and efficiency.
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelors degree with 24 years of recruiting experience preferably supporting direct labor orlogisticsroles
- Experience with high-volume hourly hiring; exposure to DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive positions preferred
