Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents following facility policies and procedures.
- Report residents needs and concerns to a Licensed Nurse.
- Assist the nurses and other staff as needed.
- Adhere to professional standards follow policies and procedures and abide by federal state and local requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- San Antonio TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Prior experience in a healthcare hospitality or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year experience).
- CNA Certification (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.
- Supportive and compassionate.
