Sobre la posición de Customer Service Internship

En esta posición brindarás soporte al área de customer service con las actividades propias del departamento. Entre los principales objetivos de formación se encuentran:

Responsabilidades:

• Se especializará en la gestión de incidencias: hacer una investigación ante la incendia evaluación del tracking de pedido modificación facturas etc

• Dar visión end to end completa de la cadena de suministros.

• Iniciativas para impulsar la transformación digital de la cadena de suministro (por ejemplo Power BI soluciones B2B SAP CRMs etc) para el área.

• Te enseñaremos a usar el máximo potencial SAP en su módulo SD (incluyendo scripting) y a conocer todo el proceso de O2C (order to cash) desde la entrada de un pedido hasta su facturación.

• En el día a día aprenderás a desarrollar herramientas digitales para mejorar la experiencia diaria de los usuarios (interactuando con clientes gestionando pedidos facturación e incidencias).

• Verás de primera mano junto a los expertos funcionales de la cadena de suministro y a los gerentes como se desarrollan informes digitales robustos.

• Aprenderás cómo se realiza el apoyo estándar o ad hoc a las áreas de CSC según sea necesario. Tendrás visibilidad de los procesos E2E (end to end) de la cadena de suministro facilitando su aprendizaje.

Requisitos:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas ADE Grado en Ingeniería en Organización Industrial y Logística Grado en Ingeniería Informática Máster en Ingeniería Avanzada de Producción Logística y Cadena de Suministro Máster en Dirección de Empresas Logísticas y de la Cadena de Suministro

• Competencias en Idiomas:nivel C1 de inglés.

• Excel Avanzado (Tablas dinámicas y uso principales formulas macros)

Preferred qualifications & Skills:

• Mentalidad digital se valorará el conocimiento de Power BI Azure / Data Lake

• Orientación a resultados con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita tanto en español como en inglés

• Agilidad de aprendizaje demostrada resiliente y capaz de gestionar múltiples tareas
