Job Summary

1. Principal Regimental Armoured Reserve Staff Officer. Deputise for the CO as required.

Chief of Staff on exercise and deployment.

3. Unit Equipment Manager oversight of all EC matters at Regtl level directly responsible to CO.

4. Lead for the recruitment and development of Reserve officers and soldiers.

5. Support the development and execution of the Regtl Recruitment and Retention Plan; manage the Regtl Recruit Mentoring Team.

6. Monitor all staff functions of the Regt providing direction and advice intervening to rectify problems as required.

7. Coordinate all unit public/media relations including with the Regtl associations.

8. President of the Officers Mess Committee.
