The Position

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management Brand Support Digital Publishing Services Marketing Automation Copywriting and Creative Design.

This internship position is located in Riga Latvia on-site.

The Opportunity

This is an Intensive 6-month full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship on site where we are looking for a pro-active passionate and talented Digital Campaign Delivery Intern in the Global Digital Hub.

As a Digital Campaign Delivery Intern you will be able to gain suitable experience and skills to ensure the successful delivery of digital campaigns content creation projects within the Digital Campaigns Chapter. The role plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and high-quality digital campaigns content creation coordination and completion.

In this position you will focus on:

• Managing the affiliate or global digital campaigns content creation and delivery process ensuring timely and successful completion of any projects from initiation to final implementation while ensuring delivery standards are met.

• Supporting Campaign Coordinators and Global Campaign Experts in client communications in the area of service offering change management or communication.

• Following existing processes establishing process governance principles and maintaining proper documentation and implementation within the scope of responsibility.

Who You Are

You are ready to kickstart your career in Digital Campaign Delivery management. With high interest and ability in project coordination with a keen understanding of digital marketing principles and content creation processes. Your excellent organizational and communication skills enable you to manage multiple projects efficiently ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Below are the minimum qualifications for this role.

• You are a last-year student pursuing a degree in Marketing Communication Business Administration or a related field.

• You have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• You are demonstrating proficiency in office management software (e.g. MS Office Suite Google Workspace).

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian C1 level of English.

• You have prior experience in marketing or communications (e.g. previous internship or part-time job).

• You are a proactive have a can-do approach to managing digital campaign deliveries have an interest in developing a career as digital campaign delivery specialist.
