Experience: 2 to 3 years
Qualification: B.E / . / Diploma/Master Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Science/MCA.
The Engineer would be responsible for understanding developing & configuring special applications/standardized packages for renowned process industry clients of Yokogawa in any of the application platforms mentioned below.
Job Responsibility:
Application development experience in C/C VB/VC Java desired. (Flair for programming and problem solving capabilities)
Experience on Visual ORACLE SQL-Server 2008 RDBMS etc. is mandatory.
In depth understanding of Windows-7 Windows 2008 (Operating System).
Prior experience in Instrumentation (Process Automation) related industry is preferred. (Exposure to SCADA / PLC / DCS).
Familiarity with the entire Software Development Lifecycle SDLC would be an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
Self-starter good communication skills (written verbal and presentation) and good attitude.
Ability to shoulder responsibilities as an individual contributor and work with various teams.
Should be willing to travel within India depending on business needs.
Knowledge of the following skill sets will be an added advantage:
Networking CCNA certification
COM DCOM
OPC OPC-UA
SCADA
Firewall
Modbus Serial & TCP/IP
