Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Network Operations Assistant must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. They will be working in many different buildings on campus and will work outside as needed. The Network Operations Assistant must be available to work on weekends as needed for network closet replacements.

Responsibilities
DUTIES:
- Responsible for changing batteries in Networking UPS.
- Assist with wireless access point replacements.
- Work with Networking Operations and Networking Engineering personnel to help with other projects related to upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a high school diploma and six months of appropriate work experience. A valid Florida Drivers License may be required if motorized vehicles of any kind are operated.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with network equipment
- General knowledge of working with tools
