Role Summary

Vertiv is launching a global Data Center Consulting organization and is seeking a Product Manager Consulting Services Framework to design and scale the system that makes consulting repeatable. This role is responsible for building the frameworks tools and digital backbone that convert consulting expertise into standardized IPdriven assessments architectures and roadmaps. The Product Manager will ensure consulting engagements are delivered through a consistent system-supported process rather than bespoke oneoff efforts. This role plays a critical part in creating Vertivs competitive consulting edge enabling scalable delivery consistent quality and measurable pullthrough of hardware and services.

Primary Objective
Create and institutionalize Vertivs proprietary consulting IP by productizing assessments architecture logic and roadmap methodologies into a standardized framework that differentiates Vertiv in the data center consulting market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting Framework & System Development

Design and own Vertivs endtoend consulting framework Assessments Architecture & design logic Roadmaps and phased execution plans. Convert consulting methodologies into repeatable productized IP. Ensure consulting outputs are generated through standardized models templates and systems not manual or adhoc work.

1. Digital Thread Ownership

Build and manage the digital thread that connects Assessment inputs Data and analytics Architecture recommendations Roadmaps and investment sequencing. Ensure assessment outputs automatically inform downstream deliverables and recommendations. Partner with digital analytics and IT teams to translate frameworks into scalable tools and platforms.

1. AssessmentLed Delivery Model

Institutionalize an assessment first consulting approach. Ensure assessments consistently produce Actionable insights clear roadmaps defined next step opportunities

1. Standardization & Scale

Establish standards to ensure consistent consulting delivery globally. Enable regional teams to execute within a common system and methodology. Drive adoption of frameworks and tools across the consulting organization.

1. CrossFunctional Collaboration

Work closely with consulting leadership delivery teams and sales. Align consulting frameworks with Vertivs broader product and services portfolio. Support enablement and training on consulting systems and tools.

Qualifications

8 years experience in consulting product management strategy or service design. Experience building repeatable frameworks or systems not just deliverables. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure or complex technical services. Proven ability to translate expertise into scalable processes and tools. Comfortable operating across strategy execution and system design.
