Administration Assistant (Cleaning)

THE POSITION:

• Manage daily rosters to meet operational and service requirements.
• Coordinate shift coverage leave changes and last-minute staffing needs.
• Ensure roster compliance with awards payroll and timesheet accuracy.
• Provide administration support to the Environmental Services Manager.
• Maintain employee records onboarding documents and compliance files.
• Prepare reports audits and workforce data for management.
• Clean and maintain the hospital .

THE PERSON:

• Proven experience in rostering scheduling or workforce coordination.
• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365 systems.
• Confident communicator who can work with staff at all levels.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Previous hospital healthcare aged care or cleaning industry experience desirable.
• Knowledge of the NSW Health Award or similar industrial awards advantageous.
