Were looking for passionate Buyers (Direct and Indirect Procurement) to join our team in Gaydon.

In this exciting role youll be sourcing key components for our next-generation vehicles ensuring the perfect balance between cost-efficiency and maintaining the highest quality and technical standards. Whether youre focusing on Electrical Powertrain Marketing or other key commodities your expertise will directly influence the future of Aston Martin vehicles.

Youll be the key driver of strategic procurement process building and maintaining strong supplier relationships evaluating performance and developing smart risk mitigation strategies. Youll also work closely with our Engineering Production and other support teams to ensure that vehicle production runs smoothly on time on spec and on budget.

This role is about more than just procurement its about innovation strategy and leaving your mark on an iconic brand.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience: Whether you come from the automotive aerospace or racing industry your purchasing expertise in manufacturing environments will make you stand out.

- Strategic mindset: Youre not just about the numbers you see the bigger picture and can spot opportunities for improvement and cost-saving.

- Communication & Negotiation: You have a natural ability to influence others bring teams together and meet objectives.

- Technical proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint is a must.

- Attitude: A team player with a proactive can-do approach whos ready to be a part of Aston Martins elite team.
