Security Assistant Security Manager SE1

Step into a key leadership role as our new Assistant Security Manager where youll help guide a dedicated security team and play a vital part in creating a safe welcoming environment for every guest. Youll support the Security Manager day-to-day while also helping to train mentor and elevate the wider team - ensuring our customers enjoy the very best experience from the moment they arrive on you will be in planning resource levels to ensure the park has the required level of security. Utilising team members to effectively patrol the park providing a deterrent and preventing situations where necessary. Ensuring compliance with security assignment instructions. Managing incidents and situation ensuring correct escalation and reporting. Managing security technology and CCTV. Using the on-park systems to review security Data. Carrying out full and unbiased investigations providing detailed statements and reports ensuring that all security activity has been recorded appropriately. Identifying security vulnerabilities and risks to the park. Liaising with local enforcement authorities for routine inspections and investigations. Attending Management and Regional Meetings to promote security awareness to colleagues when necessary. Promoting security awareness to SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car) Excellent customer service skills & confident to communicate and influence. Ability to drive positive security culture within a team and effectively help to manage and develop a team. Commercial awareness with some ability to manage a budget and rota.
