Automation Engineering team is focused on delivering value by reducing manual efforts. Focus on automating internal services and improving internal customer experiences. Drive standards and best practices to ensure quality services and sustainability. Provide critical infrastructure automation and support for critical automation services. A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities to meet internal customer requirements.
Primary Responsibilities for this Role Include:
- Integrates AI capabilities into existing applications to enhance functionality efficiency and automation outcomes.
- Applies an agentic development approach to design and build new intelligent services and automation solutions.
- Develops and maintains infrastructurerelated automation across networking systems and service domains.
- Designs and implements automation solutions following RESTbased architectures and API standards.
- Supports operates and enhances automation platforms and shared automation services.
- Contributes to technical documentation to enable faster support onboarding and effective knowledge transfer.
- Performs testing validation and quality assurance for automation applications to ensure reliability and performance.
- Delivers bug fixes enhancements and new feature development for existing and new automation projects.
- Adheres to defined SDLC methodologies coding standards and team best practices throughout development.
Experience: 3-5 Years

- Willingness to proactively improve processes and identify gaps in existing processes
- Participation in weekly code reviews
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Essential:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related quantitative field
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of Python and Django FastAPI or Flask
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting system interoperability
Additional:
- Experience creating running debugging containers and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes Rancher)
- Knowledge of Puppet Ansible and/or Terraform
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; intuitive thinking skills
- Ability to interface with an operating system such as Windows Mac OS and iOS and the respective editor; ability to write scripts
- Ability to train others
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work well with others and to problem-solve
- Ability to independently learn how to use new facilities quickly from supplied documentation
- Experience working with change management procedures
- Facilitation skills including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to manage projects and interface with employees of varying skillsets in a high-pressure environment
