The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships will give you first-hand insights into the processes systems and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.

During your internship you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.
If you are completing your academic studies you will have the possibility to develop your thesis project with us during the internship.

As an Intern you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Global Supplier Execution team in streamlining execution processes and enhancing process coordination ensuring seamless material flow and getting in touch with a global supplier base.
- Contributing to the Material Synchronization initiative by coordinating upstream activities of the material flow (e.g. document release planned orders POR) to improve prioritization cross-functional alignment and synergy.
- Monitoring process performancethrough data analysis to enable early detection risk mitigation and a proactive approach to ensure ontime project starts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering Manufacturing Buying Project Management...) to align priorities and improve VTS OTD and material completeness.
- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes andidentifybusinessimprovements.
- Learning internal software toassistwiththe completion of projects and tasks
- Applying Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- Be high-energy and self-motivated
- Have strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Possess a valid EU work permit
- Be proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- A high level of energy motivation and initiative
