Director of Promotional Products Build & Lead a New Division

Baesman Group is a nationally recognized marketing services provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and lead a new Promotional Products division within our established marketing execution company.

This is not a typical promotional products sales role. This is an opportunity to build a business from the ground up with the support of an existing client base and strong infrastructure.

About Us:
We are a $40M marketing execution company serving retail restaurant franchise healthcare and financial services clients. Our capabilities include print direct marketing storefronts warehousing fulfillment and kitting.

The Opportunity:
Build and lead the promotional products division
Support existing clients and develop new business
Source products and manage suppliers
Develop apparel kits and gifting programs
Integrate merchandise into storefronts and fulfillment
