What Youll Do
- Lead Admissions Staff Provide direct supervision coaching and performance management for a dedicated clinical admissions team.
- Guide Patient Flow Oversee referrals admissions transfers and discharges to ensure timely accurate and patient-centered transitions.
- Ensure Clinical Excellence Review documentation assessments and initial treatment plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Support High-Acuity Cases Offer clinical guidance and escalation support for complex or urgent admissions.
- Drive Quality & Compliance Participate in audits monitor regulatory standards and champion best practices.
- Collaborate Across Departments Work closely with nursing medical staff and leadership to optimize throughput and enhance patient experience.
- Champion Patient-Centered Care Support families uphold patient rights and promote culturally responsive care.

Requirements
What You Bring
- Current RN license (Montana or compact state)
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- Experience in admissions and at least 2 years in healthcare behavioral health or inpatient care
- Strong leadership communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and support staff through challenging situations
- Familiarity with EHR systems and regulatory standards
Preferred: Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
