WeareseekingahighlyskilledandexperiencedProject Manager toleadprojectsfrominitiationtocompletion.Thisroledemandsexceptionalleadershiporganisationalskills and astronganalyticalmindset.Youwillberesponsiblefororchestratingprojectactivitiesfacilitatingcriticaldiscussionswithstakeholders andleveragingdata andanalyticstodriveinformeddecisionsandensuresuccessfulprojectdeliverywithinscopebudget andtimeline.Many of theprojectsdrivedigitalisationwithinthe CS&Lfunctionthereforedigtialmindsetandcompetenciesarekeyfor roledelivery.
How you will contribute
You will:
Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriatemethodologyand tools
Identify assess and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them when needed
Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards status reportsmonthly reviewmeetingsand leading stakeholder meetings
Lead budget management resourceplanningand utilisation
Own relationshipswith the external vendorswhere applicable
Be competent inPowerBIand able to drive actionable insights from the reporting suite
Drive continuously improvement within the function
Have a digital mindsetand act like an owner
What you will bring

Proven experience in project management
Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
Excellent project planning and proactiveness inidentifyingrisks and mitigations and managing strict timelines
Natural ability to navigate data andfacilitatediscussion and decisionfromdata-driveninsights
Ability to connect project deliverables to broader businessobjectivesand articulate strategic value
Experience with budget management and resource allocation for project delivery
Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
Strong conceptual and analytic skills enjoys problem solving
