Responsibilities * Provide administrative and logistical support to the legal team including diary management travel arrangements and meeting coordination. * Prepare and manage legal documentation ensuring accuracy completeness and adherence to company standards. * Assist in legal research and analysis gathering relevant information and summarising key findings. * Maintain and organise legal files and records both physical and electronic ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval. * Monitor deadlines and track progress on legal matters providing timely updates to the legal team. * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including other departments clients and external counsel. * Support the legal team in contract management including drafting reviewing and tracking contracts. * Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external use.
Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or a related field. * Proven experience as a Legal Coordinator or in a similar administrative role preferably within a corporate environment. * Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is highly desirable. * Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
