The Director of Administration & Operations Management is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end telecom operations and administrative functions across KSA. The role ensures operational excellence regulatory compliance cost control and effective coordination between technical commercial and support teams to support large-scale telecom projects.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management
Lead and manage telecom operations including rollout optimization O&M and project execution across KSA.
Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with STC / Mobily / Zain standards and contractual SLAs.
Develop and implement operational strategies policies and KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity.
Oversee resource planning workforce deployment and vendor/subcontractor management.
Administration & Support Functions
Oversee administration HR coordination logistics procurement and facility management.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws GOSI Muqeem Iqama and visa regulations.
Implement strong internal controls SOPs and reporting structures.
Financial & Cost Control
Monitor operational budgets cost optimization and profitability.
Coordinate with finance on invoicing collections and cash-flow planning.
Approve operational expenditures within delegated authority.
Governance Compliance & Risk
Ensure compliance with CITC (now CST) regulations client requirements and company policies.
Manage operational risks audits and corrective actions.
Maintain high standards of HSE and quality compliance.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead senior managers and department heads; drive performance through KPIs.
