Job Summary
The fantastic opportunity
- Deliver high quality clinical care to the residents of our 87 bed aged care home in Lyneham
- Permanent role working night shifts on Monday Tuesday & Wednesday
- Be the sole Registered Nurse on duty from 22:00 to 7:00
- Provide supervision and direction to and Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care Workers
- Formulate review and update care plans
- Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What youll need to succeed
- Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
- Motivated personable reliable transparent and with a sense of ownership
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
