Overview

The Fleet Management Intern will be responsible for participating in the support maintenance and reliability of Endeavor Air aircraft through the use of advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive and condition-based maintenance solutions.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor Aircraft & Fleet health.
  • Identify trends and patterns to predict potential failures and maintenance needs.
  • Monitor predictive maintenance systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and implement CBM strategies using recorded data from aircraft systems.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule inspections and repairs based on condition monitoring results.
  • Establish and maintain thresholds and alert systems to detect deviations from normal operating conditions.
  • Identify areas to establish areas to improve ODI and Aircraft Reliability improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance teams for troubleshooting and resolving aircraft issues.
  • Participate in divisional reliability performance reviews and provide information and analysis on trends and projects.
  • Assess situations using advanced skills or integrate multiple alternatives to reach timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Identify critical success factors for your function and establish priorities based on those factors.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes and systems.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in predictive and condition-based maintenance technologies.
  • Provide regular reports to management on fleet health performance metrics and maintenance effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelors degree program or have a graduation date of May 2026.
  • Basic data analysis and visualization skills
  • Ability to create and maintain dashboards charts and graphs to support operational decisionmaking
  • Familiarity with pulling cleaning and analyzing data
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters formulas pivot tables)
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Willingness to collaborate across Engineering Maintenance and Operations teams
  • Strong organizational skills selfmotivation and interest in aviation safety and reliability

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling pushing reaching bending standing walking and light lifting of boxes bags files and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
  • Computer work in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule 32-40 hours per week during normal business hours.
  • Ability to work and be based in Minneapolis MN; no relocation assistance will be provided.
