The Summer Intern (Hourly) under general supervision will perform research in data analysis and assist the CREDIT Center operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist faculty and staff on research projects

• Assist with general office activities

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a four-year university program pursuing a major in Engineering Statistics or Computer Science (institution not limited to PVAMU).
• Must be in academic good standing with minimum 3.75 GPA

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Students in Electrical and Computer Engineering Statistics or Computer Science degree paths preferred.

• Background in R and Python programming and data analysis research preferred

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in R and Python programming

• Experience in data analysis research
