Service Lead SWE Service Team
Your role in the company
In this role you are a key enabler of our daytoday service operations. You ensure that the local SWE Service team works in a coordinated efficient and customerfocused wayeven when the Service Manager is frequently traveling or engaged in other strategic responsibilities. By combining technical understanding with team supervision you help secure service quality operational stability and continuous improvement. You are the natural goto person for daily prioritization followup and execution.
What youll do
- Supervise and support the daily work of the local SWE Service team
- Coordinate daily activities priorities and resource planning
- Drive operational performance by monitoring and following up on key performance indicators
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily service departments other areas in the absence of the Service Manager
- Support structured ways of working routines and continuous improvements
- Ensure adherence to service processes quality standards and safety requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and other internal stakeholders
What you need
- Strong leadership and coordination skills in an operational environment
- Technical understanding
- Ability to work in a structured way and follow up on performance metrics
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience from a service maintenance or technical support organization
- Experience in a supervisory or informal leadership role
- Technical education or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work onsite and support daily operations
