Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern from August to December 2026 located in Manila Philippines.
Role Summary
TheBusiness IntelligenceAnalystInternwill support the Data Transformation Business Intelligence (DTBI) team byassistingin visualization standards solution documentation and quality assurance activities. This role will focus on creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) auditing deployed dashboards and building a sample Power BI dashboard thatdemonstratesestablished best practices.
The intern will gain hands-on experience working with analytics solutions stakeholders and enterprise documentation standards while contributing to improving the quality consistency and scalability of BI assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft document and publishstandard operating procedures (SOPs)and escalation protocols in DTBI Confluence.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture existing processes workflows and handoffs.
- Perform asample quality auditon 12 deployed dashboards and document findings gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop abasic Power BI dashboardthatdemonstratesdocumented best practices in data modeling visualization and usability.
- Prepare and deliver ahandoff package including:Quality checklists Remediation recommendations Supporting documentation and references
Qualifications
- Currently pursuinga degree inData Analytics Computer Science Business Information Systems ora related field.
- Hands-on experience withPower BI(report development data modeling basicDAX) is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Working knowledge ofSQL and Excel.
- Familiarity withConfluenceor similar documentation tools is a plus.
- Learning agility adaptability to change with a growth mindset
