Role Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Capital Markets practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in a growing team of data practitioners where you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the Securities Services domain supporting largescale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.

This project is with a leading bank as a Test Lead forDigital Assets and Tokenization

Role Overview

• Own and deliver endtoend testing strategies and plans for digital asset initiatives including platform transformations and product launches.
• Lead and coordinate SIT UAT regression performance and integration testing across multiple workstreams.
• Design detailed test scenarios and test cases ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional technical and regulatory requirements.
• Manage defect lifecycle activities including prioritisation triage tracking and resolution with technology and business teams.
• Ensure solutions are productionready meeting business expectations technical standards and regulatory obligations.
• Provide testing governance and status reporting highlighting risks dependencies and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance testing frameworks processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality outcomes.

Experience & Certification

• At least 5 years experience in software testing within financial services or other regulated environments.
• Strong track record leading SIT and UAT phases for complex multisystem implementations.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies QA governance and defect management practices.
• Ability to produce clear structured test documentation reports and executivelevel updates.
• Knowledge or handson experience with digital assets DLT / blockchain platforms custody trading systems or digital wallets is an advantage.
• Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Mandarin / Cantonese is preferred but not a must
