Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in attracting top talent to support Extendicares corporate teams. You will lead fullcycle recruitment partner closely with hiring leaders and act as a brand ambassador who elevates Extendicares presence across both professional and campus talent markets. Your curiosity creativity and relationshipbuilding skills will help position Extendicare as an Employer of Choice.

This role will be based at our head office in Markham ON. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.

What youll do

  • Lead fullcycle recruitment for corporate roles from intake to offer.

  • Partner with hiring leaders to shape role scope refine job description language and develop structured interview and assessment plans.

  • Align recruitment activity with headcount plans and hiring priorities setting clear expectations on search strategy pace and pipeline health.

  • Drive campus recruitment initiatives including school partnerships campus events and highvolume student hiring cycles.

  • Use data and analytics to identify trends measure performance and ensure recruitment KPIs are met.

  • Promote the Extendicare brand through online channels networking and recruitment events.

  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday ATS.

  • Support and lead projects that enhance Extendicares overall recruitment strategy and candidate experience.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience ideally in healthcare retail hospitality or other highvolume environments.

  • Direct experience in campus recruitment including event coordination school partnerships or student hiring programs.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • A track record of identifying and implementing innovative sourcing and recruitment approaches.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook Teams PowerPoint).

  • Experience with Workday is an asset.

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma (Human Resources Business or related).
