Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to lead one of two teams in the Facilities group to maintain our 19 buildings and support over 1100 employees in the Logan area as well as 3 storage facilities and a hangar at the airport. The selected candidate will lead a team of facilities assistants technicians and technologists to support lab operations in a variety of trades including electrical plumbing HVAC wood working painting and addition the facilities team often works closely with engineers to support a variety of program needs.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 15 years of experience with planning and supporting the coordination and administration of maintenance and facilities tasks services and repairs
- Advanced understanding of electrical plumbing framing HVAC systems and controls in both standard design as well as the construction of closed space
- Must have ability to read and understand architectural construction drawing engineering plans and facility design packages
- Must be a U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or other U.S. person
- Experience in personnel supervision professional development motivation and effective communication
- Experience in packaging crating load management and transit
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
