Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assist in the product line in manufacturing
Prepare technical documents
Assist in problem solving
Support on tooling / fixture design & improvement
Participate technical discussion with design & R&D engineering team
Perform new machine commissioning with maintenance team
Conduct presentation to the management regarding process improvement
Support for digitalization activities (MES PMS system projects) to improve the overall manufacturing process
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Material Science Mechanical Engineering Electronic Engineering Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
Previous experience in process improvement role in manufacturing industry
Knowledge in lean manufacturing 6-Sigma and Gemba Kaizen
Independent self-motivated and well-organized team player with strong communication skills
Good command in both spoken and written English Cantonese and Putonghua
Flexible to take up technical training in Shenzhen factory
