About the Job

• Coordinate assigned shipments to meet customer expectations and adjust capacity based on demand.
• Source negotiate and secure transport capacity with carriers.
• Perform operational tasks in CargoWise (bookings shipments billing tracking data updates).
• Maintain accurate transportation information across internal systems.
• Ensure correct documentation and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Serve as the main operational contact for assigned customers providing timely updates and issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with carriers customers and partners.
• Identify and report discrepancies in cargo details (weight volume labeling etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
• Support the adoption of digital and automation tools by carriers.
• Ensure compliance with BASC OEA ISO and internal policies; participate in audits.
• Document incidents properly and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor less experienced team members and share operational knowledge.
