• Contract Duration: May 1 July 31 with the expectation to transition to a permanent role based on performance

What Youll Be Doing

As a Comparison Coach youll play a key role in developing the capability and performance of our Comparison Experts. Youll provide expert coaching training and subject matter support to drive consistent sales behaviours strong compliance outcomes and great customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver one-on-one and group coaching to improve sales and quality outcomes
• Provide Health Insurance subject matter expertise during onboarding
• Design and deliver sales training workshops and refresher sessions
• Review calls and performance data to identify development opportunities
• Partner with Team Leaders and Learning & Development to align priorities
