About the Role
Based in BYDs Sydney warehouse near Fairfield this role will support our Aftersales Operations team. On offer is a Warehouse Coordinator position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving picking packing and dispatch of auto parts;
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments ensuring accurate and timely delivery;
Maintain proper inventory levels and update warehouse management systems (WMS);
Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and in a timely manner;
Collaborate with procurement customer service and logistics teams to support smooth operations;
Handle discrepancies damages and returns following company procedures;
Participate in regular stocktakes and investigate inventory variances;
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company SOPs.
Key requirements:
Bachelor degree or above; background in logistics supply chain or automotive is preferred;
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination (experience in auto parts is an advantage);
Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic MS Office especially Excel;
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
Strong English reading writing communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Forklift license or understanding of warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
