The Job:

As a Senior Financial Analyst Strategic Sourcing youll be part of our Global Supply Chain Finance team working as a hybrid employee. Youll get to:

• Key business partner to the Strategic Sourcing teams supporting the management and optimization of global spend with suppliers and contract manufacturers across a diverse portfolio of products and brands.
• Leverage your financial expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives deliver actionable insights and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
• Drive category target achievement for specified categories through cash flow modeling contract reviews detailed spend analysis and vendor negotiation support.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders collaborating closely with Strategic Sourcing teams to support the development and execution of category strategies for specified categories.
• Develop and deploy scalable processes playbooks standardized tools and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility improve internal efficiencies and facilitate achievement of business targets across the sourcing organization.
• Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators for Purchased Components and Finished Goods to inform decision-making identify productivity opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner on special projects key business initiatives and supplier proposals providing recommendations and comprehensive financial analysis to inform objective decision-making aligned with category strategies for specified categories.
• Oversee the cost reduction database set operating parameters and facilitate audits for specified categories to ensure compliance.

• Bachelors Degree required preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 plus years of prior related experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP Hyperion Essbase.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
