Sr. Construction Project Manger, Design & Construction (GEMS)

We are seeking a seasoned professional for a senior-level role leading complex large-scale construction projects across North America. This position emphasizes strategic planning team leadership and program-level direction. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse range of projects including new builds retrofits expansions and program initiatives from site selection through contract execution. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of project delivery requiring expertise in construction management demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project parameters including scope budget and scheduling while providing strategic direction and effectively managing and communicating potential risks.
As the project manager you will lead all pre-construction and construction phases expertly managing planning design budgets and schedules while orchestrating stakeholder collaboration and driving successful project delivery from inception through closeout.

This role requires up to 60% travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Strategic Leadership:
Drive strategy and execution for multiple complex initiatives
Develop and implement standardization of processes
Guide program-level decisions affecting multiple sites/projects
Mentor junior PMs and project teams

Project Leadership:
Lead portfolio of complex high-value projects ($100M)
Drive scope development with senior stakeholders
Launch new initiatives and lead improvement programs
Direct multiple teams across various locations
Establish and maintain program-level standards

Technical Direction:
Guide system and process improvements
Lead development of technical specifications
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Establish quality control frameworks
Foster innovation in methods and approaches

Stakeholder Management:
Build strategic partnerships with key vendors
Engage with senior internal stakeholders
Develop relationships with key external partners
Lead strategic communications

Direct program budgets across multiple projects

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
