Lathams global Asset Management Transactions practice executes on the full spectrum of corporate transactions involving asset managers investment funds broker-dealers financial advisors and other ancillary financial services businesses. Propelled by deep industry expertise global reach and an extensive regulatory footprint our interdisciplinary team helps clients navigate an increasingly complex web of regulations while structuring transactions to minimize risk while meeting clients business objectives.
Our dedicated team leverages the power of Lathams global platform to seamlessly advise on transactions in the US Europe Middle East and Asia where we support a diverse array of clients including asset managers private equity firms GP staking firms banks insurance companies and other financial institutions as well as founders management teams and boards of directors.

About the Role
The Asset Management Transactions practice group is seeking to add highly qualified associates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management M&A including GP stakes and control asset management transactions to join our 5th through 8th year associate classes. The practice group executes on the full spectrum of corporate transactions involving asset managers investment funds broker-dealers financial advisors and other ancillary financial services businesses and they act as counsel for a diverse array of clients including asset managers private equity firms GP staking firms banks insurance companies and other financial institutions as well as founders management teams and boards of directors.

Discretionary bonuses may be available depending on application circumstances and position.
