Provide technical support to the team and assistance to the team leader by being the subject matter expert on the process they are handling be able to prioritize work that is needed and be able to deliver work with high quality performance and accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Delivery of assigned work to a high quality in line withappropriate auditstandards scheduled completiondatesand prioritization

  • Comply on providedlegislations industry codes companypoliciesand procedures.

  • Adherence and ensure all processingisaccurateand within organizational policies processes procedures as applicable to the role

  • Build andmaintaineffective partnerships with local and onshore stakeholders

  • Proactivelyassistsin the identification of critical and non-critical service delivery performance issues and improvement opportunities related to tasks given

  • Process all transactions related to product process and policies andaccomplishall reports as

  • Properly assesscompleteness of documents received and provide solutions if incomplete

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years customer serviceexperience preferably within theBPOinsurance and/orfinancialindustry

  • Amenable to working on North America shift schedule

  • Open to working onahybrid work arrangement
